About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and PHGO ("PHGO," "the platform," "we," "us," "our"). They apply to all use of the PHGO website at phgo.vu, the PHGO mobile application, and any other PHGO-branded service or interface.

PHGO is an online gaming platform designed for players in the Philippines. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). These Terms are written in English (Philippines) and are intended to be read and understood by Filipino players. PHGO reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on PHGO are handled exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). PHGO does not support foreign currency accounts, and no currency conversion is applied on your end.

• Supported deposit methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and supported local e-wallets. Specific methods available to you will be shown at the time of deposit within your account.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering methods on PHGO under any circumstances.
• KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected method and verification status. Current processing timelines are shown on the Withdrawal page.
• Funds deposited into your PHGO account are held separately from operational funds. Your balance as shown in the account reflects the amount available for wagering and withdrawal.
• Dormant accounts may be subject to administrative fees after a period of inactivity, as outlined in the account dormancy policy accessible within account settings.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

PHGO offers casino slots, live casino table games, sports betting, and eBingo. Each game type is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. These Terms apply in addition to those game-specific rules.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Live casino results are determined by real physical outcomes at the dealer's table, streamed in real time. Sports betting outcomes are determined by real sporting events. PHGO does not guarantee any outcome and does not accept liability for losses arising from game results.

• Prohibited conduct includes use of automated betting software, bots, exploits, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion between players in live poker, tournaments, or any competitive game format is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out function for that specific market or game.
• Void bets occur in specific circumstances — such as a sporting event being cancelled or postponed — as defined within the sports betting terms displayed in the betting section.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

PHGO offers various promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback arrangements, and sports betting boosts. All active promotions and their complete individual terms are listed in the Promotions section of the platform.

The following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and are non-transferable.
• Wagering requirements, if applicable, must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific requirements are stated in the individual offer.
• PHGO reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including via multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or pattern betting designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus credits and any winnings generated from bonus credits are in PHP and cannot be converted to any other currency.

Account Suspension and Termination

PHGO may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent account limits
• Engaging in match-fixing, fraud, or any form of collusion
• Using automated tools, bots, or exploits on the platform
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Suspected money laundering or any activity in violation of Philippine law
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder

Where an account is closed due to verified fraud or Terms violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for non-violation reasons, verified remaining balances will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method after completing required checks.

Responsible Gaming

PHGO is committed to supporting responsible gaming for all players. The platform is for adults aged 21 years and above only. Gaming should be an enjoyable activity, not a way to generate income or recover from financial difficulty.

Account-level responsible gaming tools are available within your account settings and include deposit limits, time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. PHGO does not target, market to, or knowingly allow minors to use the platform. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed immediately and any winnings will be voided.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PHGO's total liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's PHGO account at the time the claim arose.

PHGO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses — including loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or data loss — arising from your use of the platform, technical disruptions, or changes to game availability or rules.

PHGO makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and functioning correctly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability. Bets already confirmed prior to a service disruption will be honoured subject to the applicable game rules.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the PHGO platform shall first be referred to PHGO customer support for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.
